Reservation and Cancellations' Policy

1 - Payment

  1. For all reservations, we require 50% payment in advance of the total reservation amount.
  2. The balance must be paid 72 hours before the check-in (at the latest).
  3. All payments must be maid by bank deposits in an account that will be given by Sítio São Francisco.


2 - Returns and Cancellations

  1. The returns and cancellations requests, must be written and sent to Sítio São Francisco
    by e-mail: pousada@pousada-arraial.com or by fax: +55 73 35751005.
  2. The cancellation fee will be charged as shown below:

    Low Season

    • March 1st to Nov 30th (except for holidays).
    • Until 7 days before check-in: 10% of the reservation's total amount.
    • 7 days before check-in until the check-in day: 50% of the reservation’s total amount.

    High Season

    • December 1st to February 28th and holidays.
    • Until 15 days before check-in: 10% of the reservation’s total amount.
    • 15 days before check-in until 7 days before the check-in day: 50% the reservation’s total amount.
    • 7 days before check-in until the check-in day: 100% the reservation’s total amount.

    Special Packages - New Year's, Carnival, Easter Vacation

    • Until 30 days before check-in: 10% of the reservation’s total amount.
    • 30 Days before check-in until 15 days before the check-in day: 50% the reservation’s total amount.
    • 15 Days before check-in until the check-in day: 100% the reservation’s total amount.
    • In case of "no show" 100% of the reservation’s total amount will be charged or the amount that had been already paid.
    • The user’s reservation can be replaced by another guest, in the same conditions, on the same period.

We will not provide your personal information to anyone else. When you provide your personal information such as name, address, email address, and telephone number, we will not give or sell this information to any outside company for any use or share it with third parties. The information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your customer relationship with us.
